We enlisted M&K Constructions to build our first investment house in Toowoomba. After speaking to numerous other builders in the area, we decided to go with M&K and are very glad we did. As we lived in Brisbane and building in Toowoomba, this meant we weren’t always around but Murray and his team made everything flow smoothly throughout the process. The communication was good and easy to get straight answers whenever required. Luke (site manager) was always available to answer any questions and nothing was ever a hassle. We had previously built in Brisbane with a larger building company but much preferred the clearer communication channels with Murray and his team on this project. We were very impressed with the quality of the inclusions, finishings and selections on offer which was a notable difference between M&K and other larger builders. The workmanship of the tradesmen on site was also of the highest standard and couldn’t be faulted. The finished product was of the highest standard which made it harder for us to “let go” and rent out on completion. I would definitely recommend M&K Constructions to anyone else who is looking for a top quality product and we will definitely contract them again for our future projects.
From the planning stage through to completion M&K Construction Group provided on-schedule craftsmanship and quality tradesmen for our home renovation. Prior to building we looked at several builders and we chose MKC for the level of professionalism in our first meeting and the quality of construction in previously completed homes. We found that we always received a prompt response, honest and clear communications and a ‘can do’ attitude to our requests. The quality control inspections made by management to ensure that standards were met, ensured a quality finish that we were extremely happy with. I would like to thank M & K Construction Group for all the work undertaken on our property. All aspects to both the renovations on the main house and cottage, were completed in a very timely and professional manner. The “Tradies” were always professional both in their trade and in their manners. I have found the staff very helpful when I have had issues that need addressing. A few unforeseen problems occurred after the finished project but they were attended to and fixed without delay. I would not hesitate to recommend M & K Construction Group to anyone and the fact that they are happy to do rural jobs and travel is definitely a big plus.
Re Construction of Two x Four Bedroom Residences at Coonamble NSW for the Teacher Housing Authority of NSW Our Company provided Project Management services for the referenced project and selected M & K Construction Group by public tender to construct the project. The tender documents called for the builder to provide our NSW Government client with two x four bedroom brick veneer single storey residences, full landscaping of the two lots, complete internal furnishings to the two residences, proven OH&S management skills, proven environmental management skills, proven time management skills, proven I.R. management skills, quality management skills & contract administration skills M & K Construction Group demonstrated the above listed skills and completed the project on time and within budget producing a high quality product.
